We engaged Trident to explore strategic options for our company, including a possible sale or exit transaction. From initial engagement to management meetings with prospective buyers, Trident guided us through every aspect of the deal. In the process, we learned many things about our own business as well as the intricacies of selling a 35 years old, family owned business.
